Kaseya VSA pricing in 2026: what it costs, and how renewal works

Kaseya publishes no price for VSA or for Kaseya 365, the bundle it now sells VSA inside. Its Master Agreement is public, though, and it says exactly how renewals work. Here are the reported prices, and the terms in Kaseya's own words.

What VSA and Kaseya 365 cost

Kaseya now sells VSA mostly inside Kaseya 365 Endpoint, a bundle of RMM, antivirus, third-party patching, EDR, ransomware detection and endpoint backup. The Pro tier adds MDR with a SOC; Express is everything except that. The RMM inside can be VSA or Datto RMM. Kaseya's page shows no price for either tier.

What goes on top

• Setup and migration. Professional services for onboarding, and engineering time for anyone moving from VSA 9 to VSA 10.
• Backup storage past the included allowance. Kaseya 365 is reported to include 5 TB of shared backup storage; overage is extra.
• On-premises maintenance. Vendr reports 18 to 22% of the perpetual licence value a year for on-premises deployments.

The renewal terms, from Kaseya's own agreement

The Kaseya Master Agreement is public. These are the clauses to read before you sign.

• Renewal matches the term that is ending. Subscriptions "will automatically renew for additional Committed Service Terms of equal in length and in License quantities equal to the last quantity of the expiring Committed Service Term". A three-year term renews for three more, at your peak licence count.
• Opting out takes 30 days' notice before the end of the term.
• The price can rise. Automatic renewals are priced as the previous term "plus an increase not to exceed five percent (5%) plus any increase in the Consumer Price Index". Kaseya calls this the Price Lock Guarantee.
• Month-to-month has no such cap. "Kaseya may increase pricing at any time in its discretion on thirty (30) days' written notice and the Price Lock Guarantee will not necessarily apply."

What we could not verify

• Any VSA or Kaseya 365 price from Kaseya itself. Every price above is third-party or press-reported.
• Today's Kaseya 365 prices. The $3.99 launch price is widely reported; later figures of about $2.20 for Express and $4.99 for Pro circulate without a primary source.
• Whether a renewal quote, rather than an automatic renewal, can rise more than 5% plus inflation. The agreement says those prices are mutually agreed.

Why we built Helios

We ran an MSP on the platforms on these pages. The price moved at every renewal, and the features we needed kept turning up one tier higher. So we built our own.

The parts that rarely make a feature grid

Comparisons and price lists tend to stop at monitoring, patching and tickets. Helios has kept shipping, every feature lands on every plan, and this is the part that usually gets left out:

• Client billing that closes the loop. Recurring contracts (flat, per-device or per-seat), an included-hours retainer that nets against logged time, and the finished invoice pushed into Xero or QuickBooks or exported as CSV.
• The kit that will never take an agent. Nominate a machine already running the agent as a site relay and act on the switches, firewalls, NAS boxes and printers around it over SSH. A target only appears if that relay is what discovered it, every command waits for a human, and the password is fetched at the moment it runs and written to the audit trail.
• Network discovery that names things. Agents map each client's network and identify what they find by vendor and type, so new hardware on a client site is flagged the day it appears.
• Replacement dates without a spreadsheet. Machines report their own age from the BIOS date, so Helios can tell you what is due for replacement against a service-life policy you set, per client.
• Reporting built for the review, not the dashboard. A custom report builder, SLA reporting, Microsoft 365 licence-cost reporting, and a day-one baseline per client that stores the numbers, so a quarterly review can prove what actually moved.
• Everything is addressable. A published REST API, a credential vault with an audit trail, custom fields on clients and devices, and standing rules that limit what Helio may do on its own: block an action or require a human to approve it, scoped to one client, a device group, a device type or a single machine, and to a class of action or one named fix.

Common questions

How much does Kaseya VSA cost?

Kaseya does not publish a price. Community reports put standalone VSA at roughly $3 to $6 per device per month, with volume discounts around 100, 500 and 1,000 endpoints.

How much is Kaseya 365 Endpoint?

There is no price on Kaseya's site; both tiers go to a quote form. Kaseya 365 was widely reported at $3.99 per endpoint per month at launch, with a cheaper Express tier without MDR, and a 50-endpoint minimum for new customers is reported.

Does Kaseya raise prices at renewal?

For automatic renewals, the Master Agreement caps the rise at 5% plus the US Consumer Price Index increase for the prior year. Month-to-month subscriptions can rise at any time on 30 days' written notice.

How long does a Kaseya contract renew for?

The same length as the term that is ending, at the same licence quantity, unless you opt out or cancel at least 30 days before it ends. A three-year term renews for three years.
