SuperOps alternatives in 2026
The main SuperOps alternatives are Atera and Syncro for PSA and RMM per technician, from $129 a month, NinjaOne for an RMM priced per endpoint from $1.50, Level at a flat $2 a device with no contract, and Helios for PSA and RMM priced by fleet size. Which one fits depends on why you are leaving: the price list, the per-technician model, or the commitment.
We have used these products ourselves, and we like and respect most of them. Most “best RMM” lists are published by an RMM vendor that comes first in its own list; that is simply how this market works. We make an RMM too, so where a rival is the better choice we say so, and we list our own gaps alongside everyone else’s.
The short answer
- SuperOps charges MSPs per technician, with reported plans from $79 (PSA alone) to about $179 a month, each licence covering 150 endpoints. IT teams pay per endpoint from $1.50 with a 100-endpoint minimum.
- Its MSP prices are not published in a form we could read, so every figure is reported. Get a written quote before you compare.
- Per technician, PSA and RMM together: Atera from $129 and Syncro from $129 a month on annual billing.
- Per endpoint: NinjaOne from $1.50 to $3.75 a month, and Level at a flat $2 with the first ten free.
- Helios covers PSA and RMM at one price by fleet size, any number of technicians: $5 a device on Launch, or $129 a month for 50 devices.
Why people look past SuperOps
- The price list is hard to pin down. SuperOps does not publish its MSP prices in a form we could read, and reviewers disagree on the top tier ($159 or $179).
- Per technician means the bill follows headcount. Every new hire adds a licence, whether or not the fleet grew.
- The IT list has a commitment. On the per-endpoint plans you pay for the committed number of endpoints even when you are below it.
The alternatives
| Alternative | What it changes | Price | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Atera | PSA and RMM, per technician, unlimited endpoints | Pro $129, Growth $159, Power $209 a technician a month, annual | List |
| Syncro | PSA and RMM, per technician, published price list | Core $129, Team $179 a technician a month, annual | List |
| NinjaOne | RMM priced per endpoint; PSA separate | $1.50 to $3.75 an endpoint a month by volume | List |
| Level | RMM at a flat rate, no contract; PSA separate | $2 an endpoint a month, first ten free | List |
| HaloPSA | A deeper PSA; RMM separate | £66 an agent a month, annual, plus required onboarding | List |
| Helios | PSA, RMM and more in one, priced by fleet | $5 a device on Launch; $129, $249, $499 a month by fleet size, any number of technicians | List |
If you chose SuperOps for PSA and RMM in one product, Atera, Syncro and Helios do the same job; the difference is whether the bill follows technicians or devices. If you only need monitoring and patching, NinjaOne and Level are cheaper per endpoint, and you keep a PSA alongside.
How to choose
- Count technicians and devices. Per-technician pricing wins with many devices per head; per-device pricing wins with a small, growing team.
- Ask for the renewal terms in writing. Our 2026 price increase tracker shows what each vendor's agreement allows at renewal.
- Run the trial on real machines. SuperOps, Atera, Syncro and Helios all offer a free trial without a card.
