NinjaOne pricing in 2026: what is published, what is reported, what is not

By the Helios team · Last checked July 2026

NinjaOne deliberately does not publish a full price list. Its pricing page now anchors one range, and buyer data fills in most of the rest. This page separates what the vendor states from what buyers report, so you know which numbers you can rely on before the sales call.

Written with respect. We ran an MSP on several of the products we compare, we rate them, and without them Helios would not exist. These pages are here because buyers deserve the numbers, not because we want a fight.

The short answer

  • NinjaOne's own pricing page publishes exactly one range: $1.50 per endpoint per month at 10,000 endpoints, rising to $3.75 at 50 or fewer (List, checked 22 August 2026).
  • Everything else is quote-based. NinjaOne says it withholds the price list to avoid interfering with how MSP partners price their own services.
  • Vendr buyer data through February 2026 (58 purchases): median spend $8,836/year, range $4,799 to $48,600, average 29.44% discount off the first quote.
  • Buyers report a soft minimum of about 50 endpoints, with smaller shops quoted a flat floor around $200 to $250 a month.
  • Add-ons change the number materially: backup around $3/device plus $40/TB, MDM around $64/device/year, endpoint security $3.60 to $5/device (all Reported).
  • Onboarding, training and support are free and unlimited (List). 14-day trial. Renewal uplifts of 2.75% to 5% a year are reported, with no published schedule.
How this page is put together. Numbers marked List were read from the vendor's own published pages on 22 August 2026. Numbers marked Reported come from third-party buyer data or public user reports, each linked, and should be treated as indicative rather than quoted rates. Where nothing public exists we say so. GBP figures use £0.733 per $1 (GBP/USD 1.3643, Bank of England reference rate, 21 August 2026). No vendor paid for placement and there are no affiliate links.

What NinjaOne itself publishes

The NinjaOne pricing page states one anchor range and a handful of terms. Quoting the checkable facts:

What buyers report paying

Because the list is unpublished, third-party buyer data is the best available picture of real quotes. Treat these as indicative, not as rates anyone will offer you.

Add-ons: where a $3 quote becomes $6

The base RMM quote is not the monthly bill. One MSP operator's July 2026 breakdown shows a typical small-fleet quote roughly doubling once backup and MDM are added.

What we could not verify

If you have a current quote that contradicts anything here, we would genuinely like to see it.

Where Helios fits

Helios publishes every price: a £4/device Launch tier for 5 to 25 devices, then flat per-MSP plans at £99, £199 and £399 a month by fleet size (50 / 250 / unlimited). Every feature on every plan, monthly billing, cancel any time, and the calculator on the pricing page does the comparison for your exact fleet. We built this page because we think published pricing should be the norm in this market, ours included.

Common questions

Does NinjaOne publish its prices?

No. Its pricing page publishes only a range, $1.50 per endpoint per month at 10,000 endpoints up to $3.75 at 50 or fewer, and requires a sales quote for everything else (checked 22 August 2026).

Is there a minimum commitment with NinjaOne?

NinjaOne publishes no hard minimum, but buyers consistently report a soft minimum of about 50 endpoints, with smaller shops quoted a flat floor of roughly $200 to $250 a month.

What does NinjaOne actually cost per endpoint?

The vendor's published range is $1.50 to $3.75 per endpoint per month by volume; third-party buyer data puts most real quotes between $1.75 and $4, with an average 29% negotiated discount off the first quote (Vendr, February 2026).

Does NinjaOne charge onboarding fees?

No. NinjaOne states that onboarding, training and support are free and unlimited.

What costs extra on top of NinjaOne's base price?

Backup (about $3 per device per month plus $40 per TB), MDM (about $64 per device per year) and endpoint security ($3.60 to $5 per device per month) are reported paid add-ons, while ticketing, documentation for up to 3 users, and warranty tracking are included.
