SuperOps pricing in 2026: two price lists, one of them published

SuperOps sells two ways. IT departments get a per-endpoint price list that is on the website, with a minimum commitment. MSPs get per-technician plans that the website no longer shows in a form we could read, so those come from third parties, and they do not all agree.

Written with respect. We ran an MSP on several of the products we compare, we rate them, and without them Helios would not exist. These pages are here because buyers deserve the numbers, not because we want a fight.

The short answer

IT plans, per endpoint per month: Prime $1.50 falling to $1.20 above 1,000 endpoints, Prime Plus $3.00 (an early-bird $2.50) falling to $2.00. Annual billing saves 15% (List, from an 8 July 2026 copy of superops.com).
Minimums: 100 endpoints on Prime, 150 on Prime Plus. Devices over the committed number bill at the flat $1.50 or $3.00 rate.
MSP plans, per technician per month billed annually: Standard PSA $79, Standard RMM $99, Pro $129, Super $159 or $179 depending on who you read, each licence covering 150 endpoints (Reported).
superops.com itself blocked our checks on 2 September 2026, so the IT figures come from the Internet Archive and the MSP figures from reviews. Treat every number here as a starting point for the sales call, not a quote.

How this page is put together. Numbers marked List were read from the vendor's own published pages on 2 September 2026. Numbers marked Reported come from third-party buyer data or public user reports, each linked, and should be treated as indicative rather than quoted rates. Where nothing public exists we say so. GBP figures use £0.733 per $1 (GBP/USD 1.3643, Bank of England reference rate, 21 August 2026). No vendor paid for placement and there are no affiliate links. Specific to this page: superops.com returned errors to our automated checks, so the IT per-endpoint figures are read from the Internet Archive's copy of the pricing page dated 8 July 2026, and the MSP per-technician figures come from third-party reviews that partly disagree with each other.

IT departments: per endpoint, with a minimum

This is the list SuperOps publishes. It is tiered by fleet size, and the first tier is also a floor: you commit to at least 100 endpoints on Prime and 150 on Prime Plus, whether you have them or not. The calculator on the page shows 100 endpoints on Prime at $150 a month, billed monthly.

Annual billing is marked as saving 15%. Devices over the committed number bill at the flat headline rate ($1.50 or $3.00) rather than the tiered one, and SuperOps suggests talking to sales to reset the commitment.

MSPs: per technician, as buyers report it

The MSP tab of the pricing page was not in the archived copy we could read. Two reviews from 2026 give the same shape, per technician per month billed annually, with 150 endpoints included per licence, and they disagree on the top tier.

The endpoint allowance is the part to price carefully. A technician licence at $129 with 150 endpoints included is $0.86 per endpoint if you fill it, and every endpoint beyond that needs a pack. Per-technician pricing only stays cheap while the ratio of endpoints to technicians stays under the allowance.

Terms worth knowing

The commitment is the meter: on the IT list you pay for the committed number of endpoints even when you are below it.
AI features are described as usage-based on top of the seat price in one review. We could not confirm the rates.

The parts that rarely make a feature grid

Comparisons and price lists tend to stop at monitoring, patching and tickets. Helios has kept shipping, every feature lands on every plan, and this is the part that usually gets left out:

Client billing that closes the loop. Recurring contracts (flat, per-device or per-seat), an included-hours retainer that nets against logged time, and the finished invoice pushed into Xero or QuickBooks or exported as CSV.
The kit that will never take an agent. Nominate a machine already running the agent as a site relay and act on the switches, firewalls, NAS boxes and printers around it over SSH. A target only appears if that relay is what discovered it, every command waits for a human, and the password is fetched at the moment it runs and written to the audit trail.
Network discovery that names things. Agents map each client's network and identify what they find by vendor and type, so new hardware on a client site is flagged the day it appears.
Replacement dates without a spreadsheet. Machines report their own age from the BIOS date, so Helios can tell you what is due for replacement against a service-life policy you set, per client.
Reporting built for the review, not the dashboard. A custom report builder, SLA reporting, Microsoft 365 licence-cost reporting, and a day-one baseline per client that stores the numbers, so a quarterly review can prove what actually moved.
Everything is addressable. A published REST API, a credential vault with an audit trail, custom fields on clients and devices, and standing rules that limit what Helio may do on its own: block an action or require a human to approve it, scoped to one client, a device group, a device type or a single machine, and to a class of action or one named fix.
