Kaseya VSA pricing in 2026: per-endpoint cost, contract terms and what the IT Complete bundle really adds

Insights By the Helios team · 8 October 2026 · 6 min read

Roughly $4 to $5 per endpoint per month is what Kaseya VSA is reported to cost on its own, and around $3.99 inside the Kaseya 365 bundle, but Kaseya publishes no price list, so every figure comes from quotes, resellers and case studies. Kaseya VSA pricing is shaped less by that sticker than by the minimum endpoint count, a standard three-year term and auto-renewal. Here is the cost, clause by clause, with worked totals.

Why Kaseya VSA pricing has no public number

Kaseya sells VSA by quote. AIMultiple RMM Pricing notes that pricing is not publicly disclosed and requires a custom quote from Kaseya sales, with market research putting it at roughly $5 per endpoint per month before negotiation.

Reseller and review-site data collected by Flamingo (Kaseya VSA Review) put standalone VSA at roughly $4 to $5 per endpoint per month across three tiers, VSA Essential, Professional and Advanced, almost always sold on a three-year commitment.

Quote-only pricing is not sinister in itself. It does mean two MSPs of the same size can pay different amounts for the same product, and the one who negotiates harder, or at the right moment, pays less.

Kaseya 365: the bundle VSA now lives inside

VSA is now sold inside Kaseya 365. Rallied.ai reports a confirmed case-study figure of $3.99 per endpoint per month for Kaseya 365, down from $14.50 per endpoint before the bundle launched. The same source reports a minimum commitment of 50 endpoints for new customers, so a buyer managing fewer than 50 devices still pays for 50.

The minimum test: divide the monthly bill by the devices you actually manage, not the devices you are billed for. At 30 devices on a 50-endpoint minimum, $3.99 becomes about $6.65 per real device.

What the IT Complete bundle really adds

IT Complete is Kaseya's wider family: Autotask for PSA, IT Glue for documentation, Datto for backup and more. The bundle logic is simple. Each module bought separately carries its own per-endpoint or per-user charge, and the bundle collapses several into one figure that looks cheaper than the sum.

That fall from $14.50 to $3.99 shows how much the bundle can move the number. Treat it as one case study, not a rate card. Two questions matter more than the headline:

There is one genuine improvement worth knowing. According to Flamingo (Best Kaseya Alternative), Kaseya ended high-watermark billing, where you paid for your peak endpoint count even after dropping below it, for Datto RMM, Autotask and SaaS Protection in December 2025, moving to a committed minimum with variable consumption.

Contract terms: the three-year default and auto-renewal

The contract is where most of the real cost sits. Under the end-user licence agreement in effect from November 2020, subscriptions auto-renewed for the greater of the expiring term or three years. After partner backlash Kaseya moved to 90-day renewal notices instead of 60, though existing three-year agreements stay in force until they expire.

Put plainly: miss a notice window by a week and the multi-year commitment can roll forward. A per-endpoint saving of a dollar is small next to three unplanned years. If you are already weighing an exit, our guide to leaving Kaseya VSA around a multi-year contract covers the timing in detail.

Worked totals at 100, 250 and 500 endpoints

These use only the published or reported figures above. NinjaOne lists $3.75 per device at 50 or fewer endpoints, sliding to $1.50 at 10,000, so $3.75 is a ceiling here and real quotes at these volumes should land lower. Atera and Syncro charge per technician with unlimited endpoints, so we have assumed two, three and five technicians respectively, an illustration rather than a rule. Figures are monthly, in US dollars.

Platform100 endpoints250 endpoints500 endpoints
Kaseya VSA standalone ($4 to $5)$400 to $500$1,000 to $1,250$2,000 to $2,500
Kaseya 365 ($3.99 case study)$399$997.50$1,995
NinjaOne (ceiling at $3.75)up to $375up to $937.50up to $1,875
Atera Pro ($129 per tech)$258 (2 techs)$387 (3 techs)$645 (5 techs)
Syncro Core ($129 per tech)$258 (2 techs)$387 (3 techs)$645 (5 techs)
Syncro Team ($179 per tech)$358$537$895

The NinjaOne, Atera and Syncro figures come from Flamingo (NinjaOne Pricing), with Atera's Growth and Power tiers at $159 and $209 per technician, billed annually, and NinjaOne varying by region and product mix.

This is not quite like for like, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. Kaseya 365 includes more than RMM, while Atera and Syncro include PSA ticketing in the per-tech price. Over a three-year term, though, the gap compounds: at 250 endpoints, Kaseya 365 at $997.50 a month is $35,910 committed, against $13,932 for three technicians on Atera Pro. For the add-ons none of these tables show, see the real cost of RMM.

Onboarding fees

None of the sources above gives a confirmed onboarding figure for VSA, so we will not invent one. Ask for it in writing, alongside any training or migration charges, before comparing quotes.

Negotiation levers and renewal timing

A per-endpoint discount is worth less than a renewal clause you can actually escape.

Where this fits with Helios

Helios takes the opposite approach to quote-only pricing: plans are published, every feature is on every plan, and there is no annual lock-in, with 14 days free and no card needed to try it. That removes the minimum test and the renewal window from the decision entirely. It does not make Kaseya the wrong choice for everyone, especially an MSP already committed to IT Glue and Datto. Most of the saving in this article comes from reading contracts carefully, whichever platform you choose, and our comparison pages are there if you want to see how the numbers stack up.
