ConnectWise pricing in 2026: what one product costs, and what the rest is reported to

ConnectWise has the most opaque pricing in the MSP software market: its pricing page contains no numbers for any product except ScreenConnect. That makes the checkable facts unusually valuable. Here is the one published price list, the buyer-reported ranges for everything else, and the contract terms from ConnectWise's own legal documents.

Written with respect. We ran an MSP on several of the products we compare, we rate them, and without them Helios would not exist. These pages are here because buyers deserve the numbers, not because we want a fight.

The short answer

connectwise.com/pricing contains no prices for any product except ScreenConnect (checked 22 August 2026).
ScreenConnect list prices: $30 (One), $45 (Standard), $55 (Premium) per month billed annually, $59/$69 monthly, plus unattended-only access from $33/month with a 25-agent minimum.
PSA has no list price: Vendr buyer data (February 2026) reports $95 to $145 per user per month at 10 to 25 users, and $75 to $110 at 50+ users.
Automate/RMM: buyers report $1.50 to $3.50 per agent per month at 100 to 500 endpoints, falling under $1.50 at 1,000+.
Implementation is the hidden half: third-party estimates run $500 to $20,000+ for PSA by company size, and Vendr reports $10,000 to $30,000 on larger deals.
ConnectWise's own Master Agreement auto-renews subscriptions and requires a 60-day, electronically signed non-renewal notice, not just an email.

How this page is put together. Numbers marked List were read from the vendor's own published pages on 22 August 2026. Numbers marked Reported come from third-party buyer data or public user reports, each linked, and should be treated as indicative rather than quoted rates. Where nothing public exists we say so. GBP figures use £0.733 per $1 (GBP/USD 1.3643, Bank of England reference rate, 21 August 2026). No vendor paid for placement and there are no affiliate links.

That is the entire published price surface of the ConnectWise portfolio. The pricing page lists PSA, RMM and the rest behind quote requests: "fill out the form to tell us about your business, and we'll put together a quote to fit your needs."

PSA: the reported ranges

The PSA comparison page shows Basic, Standard and Premium tiers feature by feature, with the note that "our prices are customized based on your needs" and no dollar amounts. What buyers report:

On migration pressure: Asio was rebranded the ConnectWise Platform in June 2026 and investment is clearly moving there, but no dated Automate end-of-life exists, so we do not claim one.

The contract terms, from ConnectWise's own documents

The Master Agreement is public, and it is the most citable document in this entire category. Two clauses worth diarising before you sign anything:

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions "automatically renew for additional periods equal to the shorter of the expiring term and one year" unless written notice of non-renewal is given at least 60 days before the term ends.
The notice itself. "Notice" is defined as an electronically signed agreement with ConnectWise. An email saying you want to leave does not count.

Price history, where it is visible

ScreenConnect is the only ConnectWise product whose prices are public over time, so it is the only place the record is visible. Splashtop's analysis (updated September 2025, and worth noting Splashtop is a competitor, so read it as such) documents rises of up to 17.2% across support plans in 2022 and up to 275% on some unattended-access tiers. ConnectWise has been owned by private equity firm Thoma Bravo since 2019. None of this is unusual for the enterprise software market; it is simply worth budgeting for.

What we could not verify

A "2-user minimum at $68/user" figure that circulates in AI-generated aggregators. No primary source exists; we treat it as noise.
Any first-hand forum quote with dollar figures: the communities where MSPs share quotes block automated reading, so every "buyers report" figure above comes from named third-party data companies instead.
SelectHub's "$25/user starting price": undated and contradicted by every other source; included here only as an example of stale third-party data.
Any forced Automate-to-Asio migration deadline. Pressure exists; a date does not.

Does ConnectWise publish PSA pricing?

No. The official pricing page shows Basic, Standard and Premium tiers with no numbers; third-party transaction data (Vendr, February 2026) puts 10-to-25-user MSPs at $95 to $145 per user per month.

How much is ConnectWise Automate per endpoint?

Not published. Vendr transaction data reports $1.50 to $3.50 per agent per month at 100 to 500 endpoints, falling below $1.50 at 1,000 or more.

What does ScreenConnect cost?

Is ConnectWise RMM cheaper than Automate?

Neither has published pricing. Both are community-estimated in the same $1.50 to $3.50 per agent band, but ConnectWise RMM tiers include ScreenConnect and, since March 2025, Security360 and Backup360 at no extra cost.
